If you are not completely satisfied with a product that you have purchased from Cross-Pendants-Online.com, you can return it within 30 days of purchase and we will provide you an exchange, credit or refund the cost of the item. All of the products sold on Cross-Pendants-Online.com are offered with “free shipping”, if a product is returned to us, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. In addition, a 8% restocking fee will also be charged for all returns, with the exception of products with manufacturer defects in workmanship and materials. This restocking fee will be deducted from your refund should you wish to return your item(s). The cost of return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer.

Free Shipping Information:

Free Shipping is offered only in the 48 contiguous US states. Shipments from Cross-Pendants-Online.com will be sent by FedEx and a signature will be required on delivery. Shipments will not be delivered to Post Office boxes and will be shipped to the billing address on file with the applicable credit card company only. If the shipment is to be made to any other address, the customer will need to advise his credit card company of the alternate address. The customer will be notified of any delays in shipment via e-mail.

Tax Information:

Kansas Sales Tax is only charged for shipments to Kansas locations. Some states may charge you “use tax” which is imposed on sales made outside that state and used within that state. You are responsible for paying all “use taxes” imposed by your state.

Warranty Information:

At Cross-Pendants-Online.com, we want you to be happy with the quality of the product that you purchase from us. Cross-Pendants-Online.com will repair defects in our products that are due to manufacturer defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the product. This warranty does not, however, apply to items subjected to normal wear, abuse, or physical damage whether accidental or otherwise. Call Cross-Pendants-Online.com at (866) 870-5781 for more information. An original purchase receipt must be included with all products returned for Lifetime Warranty repairs.

Upon acceptance of delivery, insurance and protection of merchandise becomes the sole responsibility of the customer and Cross-Pendants-Online.comshall not be held liable for any loss, theft or resulting damages that may subsequently occur.

General Return Policy:

At Cross-Pendants-Online.com, we want you to be extremely happy with your jewelry purchase. Therefore, you may rest assured that you can return any product within 30 days of the date of purchase under the following conditions:
  1. Prior return authorization is required by calling (866) 870-5781 (Toll Free), or e-mailing CustomerSupport@cross-pendants-online.com. Mailing instructions will be emailed to you once you obtain an RMA number. Failure to obtain return authorization will result in your return being refused and shipped back to you at your cost.
  2. The actual shipping charges that were included in the “free shipping”* cost of your product plus a minimum of 8% restocking fee will be deducted from the account credit given. Return postage and shipping insurance is the responsibility of the customer. If at any time, Lifetime Jewelry, its subsidiaries, or the manufacturer is billed for return postage, that amount will be deducted from your final refund or charged back to you if refund has already been issued. Restocking fees do not apply if their is a manufacturer warranty claim due to defects in workmanship and materials.
  3. No returns for any type of abuse, accident or normal wear. Repairs for abuse, accident or normal wear are available at additional cost. Call (866) 870-5781 for more information.
  4. Any rings that have been sized cannot be returned for any reason.
  5. For undeliverable or refused shipments, the customer will be responsible for the initial postage (including actual postage costs on products with “free shipping”) and any and all return charges for postage, plus a 8% restocking fee.
  6. All returned merchandise will be inspected by a certified diamontologist and/or a professional jeweler working through Cross-Pendants-Online.com prior to issuance of refunds or exchanges. Products that do not pass inspection or are not the original product shipped out will be returned and a charge for return shipping will be made to your credit card and credit will not be issued for the return. Reasons for not receiving include but are not limited to damage due to abuse or normal wear and tear and fraud.
*All products are sold with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products, the actual shipping costs of the initial shipment plus the return shipment and insurance will be the responsibility of the customer.

Return and Exchange Policy:

You can exchange any item within 30 days of purchase. Steps:
  1. Call to obtain a Return Merchandise Autorhization (RMA) number and place your new order. Phone: (866) 870-5781 (Toll Free), or eMail: CustomerSupport@cross-pendants-online.com. Return your product to Cross-Pendants-Online.com
  2. Mailing instructions will be emailed to you once you obtain an RMA number.
  3. Once your product has been received at our warehouse your exchange order will be processed and your credit card will be credited or debited accordinlgy. All gemstone products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you exchange one of these products, the actual shipping costs of the initial and return shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.

General Damage Policy:

All Cross-Pendants-Online.com products are well packaged for shipping; however, shipping damages are always possible. If your item appears to be damaged, please follow the instructions below:
  1. Notate visible damage on the shipper's receipt. Failure to notate visible damage on delivery may void your ability to get replacement or refund.
  2. It is important that you contact us within 48 hours of delivery, as freight claims need to be filed within that time frame. Notification of damage after 48 hours of delivery may cause you to be subject to further fees for replacement or repair.
  3. If your package is significantly damaged, you should refuse receipt of the damaged item only, please accept all products that are not damaged and contact Customer Service with the item you refused and a replacement will be ordered. If you have already accepted and signed for a package that has “concealed damage” or there are parts missing, contact us right away and we will ship you the replacement parts free of charge. If there are multiple parts damage, we may, at our option have the carrier pick up the package and we will send you a replacement. All returned products should be in the original packaging and unassembled. Cross-Pendants-Online.com reserves the right to require photographs and/or proof of any damaged product.
  4. All returned products should be in the original manufacturer packaging. Lifetime Jewelry reserves the right to require photographs and/or proof of any damaged product.

General Cancellation Policy:

Orders that are canceled prior to shipment will incur a 5% cancellation fee. Orders that are canceled after shipment has occurred will be subject to the rules of the return policy.

Important Delivery Information:

Due to the size and weight of certain products, it may be delivered by a freight company, which delivers products differently than UPS. Delivery by the freight company may be “curbside” service, which means that the shipping company will only be responsible for removing the item(s) from the back of the truck. The customer may need to provide assistance or a dolly for the truck driver in unloading the package(s), so please have plenty of help that is capable of heavy lifting. Additional delivery fees such as Ferry Fees/Gated Community Fees that are required to access your address will be billed to the consumer when incurred. Should you need to use additional shipping company services, such as lift gate or inside delivery, you will be responsible for all additional charges incurred. For a quote on additional services or information about how your particular items will be shipped please contact customer service at (866) 870-5781. If your order is being delivered by a freight delivery company, a delivery time will be set up with you by the freight company 1-2 day′s prior to delivery (for home deliveries). Typical freight delivery hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, except holidays. Freight companies do not schedule deliveries to businesses. You or your representative is required to be present to sign for freight deliveries.

In Case of Damage Incurred During Shipping:

At the time of delivery please inspect your package(s). If there is any indication of damage, sign for the package as “damaged” and accept delivery. If there is severe damage to the box or product please refuse the shipment, sign as “refused due to damage”, do not accept delivery and call customer service at (866) 870-5781 for assistance in getting a replacement product.
Important: If your product is shipped in multiple cartons and only one of the cartons is damaged, accept the undamaged carton(s). We can generally ship the replacement carton to you in about a week.

Backorder Policy & Discontinued Policy:

We receive intermittent backorder and discontinued reports from most, but not all of our manufacturers, and there is a small possibility that some items listed on our site may have been back ordered or discontinued by the manufacturer before we are informed of their status. When we are notified bye the manufacturer that a product is on backorder, becomes on backorder, or is discontinued by the manufacturer after the order has been placed, you will be sent an email with the current backorder or discontinued status of your order and you will have the option cancel or receive the item(s) at the time of the estimated new delivery date. If you have ordered an item that was marked “backordered item” at the time of your order cancellation is subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

The estimated “availability” date, if shown, is not a firm commitment by us to ship your product on or before that date. The date may change according to the manufacturer&priem;s ability to fulfill the order. All orders, including backorders must be paid for at the time of ordering. Paid orders have first priority of being shipped out once the backordered item is back in stock. For orders placed with multiple pieces, all items from the same manufacturer as the backordered item will be held until everything is available for shipment. Items not from the same manufacturer as the backordered item will ship as originally expected. You can request that the available items be shipped out now and the backordered item when it becomes available however, there will be additional shipping charges.

If your product is found to be discontinued you will have the choice of a full refund of the discontinued item cost plus any shipping fees or taxes that were originally charged or you may choose another similar item (any increase in price will be charged, any decrease in price will be refunded).
